Terms, Safety Limits & Data Use

Read the limitations of this independent road-check tool, including incomplete coverage, stale reports and personal checklist confirmations.

Use as a checking aid, not an authority

The brief is a way to organise checks before travel. It does not confirm road access, a safe route, travel time, vehicle suitability or emergency status. Follow current official notices and road signs. Use the site only while safely parked.

Information can be incomplete or change

Sources may omit events, contain errors, update late or become unavailable. A successful technical retrieval is not comprehensive coverage. An estimated end date is not a reopening notice. A missing result or a disappearing report is not an all-clear.

Your confirmations and saved results

A tick records your own statement that you reviewed the official source; we do not verify what you read or whether your interpretation is correct. A saved or printed brief is a historical snapshot. It is not monitored and does not update itself.

Source rights and independence

Imported data retains the licences and attribution identified on the sources page. Government names identify the source, not sponsorship or endorsement. Camera images and datasets with unverified reuse rights are not republished.

Mandatory rights

Nothing on this page excludes rights or liabilities that applicable law does not permit to be excluded. Required publisher details are available in the legal notice.
